She Really Needs to be Punished

Chelsea and her neighbor, Christy, understand each other well. Chelsea knows how to, even enjoys punishing a naughty lady now and then, and Christy finds that she sometimes feels a need to be punished. Whenever Chelsea notices Christy checking her mailbox, repeatedly during the day, even though she knows when the mail us usually delivered, Chelsea knows it's time. Meeting at the mailbox on one of Christy's many ventures, Chelsea tells Christy to meet at her place in ten minutes. Christy arrives promptly, properly dressed for her punishment.
